Purchasing on ImpreWeb is easy and safe.

You can purchase online by paying by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer. We will never save the credit card details used for the purchase and everything will be managed through the secure Stripe and PayPal servers.

In case of purchase by bank transfer, the download will be activated as soon as we receive a copy of the account of the bank transfer made.

The prices indicated already include all taxes, charges and accessories.

Please remember that the expenses incurred for the purchase of our programs are regularly invoiced and fully deductible as they are inherent to your business or professional activity.

ASSISTANCE: the purchase of the software includes free technical assistance (for anomalies, errors or installation problems) for 10 days starting from the date of purchase.

TERMS OF DELIVERY

Our software can be downloaded immediately after making payment by credit card or Paypal.

In case of purchase by bank transfer, the download will be made available as soon as a copy of the accounting is sent.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The order can be modified until the software has been downloaded by sending a communication via email to myimpreweb@gmail.com.com
In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts:
a) for the provision of services whose execution began, with your agreement, before the expiry of the 10 day period. provided for by the art. 5 of D.Lgs. n.185/99;
b) the supply of sealed audiovisual products or computer software opened by you;
c) supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines.

If the software has already been downloaded, by law, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal.

In any case, our goal is to solve our customers’ problems and we will always try to satisfy their needs:

  • replacing the purchased software in the event of an obvious error during the purchase phase;
  • refunding it or finding a solution in the event of objective unusability of our software;
  • making a refund or replacement for other errors made in good faith.
